The work carried out by Decoraciones EGEA focuses on the blinds and slats of all the windows of the 16 villas. We have installed aluminum Venetian blinds for exterior use that allow adjusting the amount of light maximizing energy efficiency and giving privacy to the interior of the houses. These blinds are embedded in the foundation structure of the facade so as not to break the aesthetic harmony. In addition, we have installed windscreen blinds that can be individually controlled through a state-of-the-art home automation system. These windscreens are designed to adjust the desired solar incidence and maintain an optimal indoor temperature to the tastes of the residents.
